With 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and systems industry, Ravi has demonstrated strong business leadership across diverse roles in design, project management, and strategic growth. His expertise lies in building high-performing teams, managing key business KPIs like profitability, cost control, recruitment, and attrition, and driving customer trust to secure repeat business, leading to consistent revenue growth. Ravi has a proven ability to create and execute business strategies, driving engineering operations, client relationship, and product innovation. He co-founded and successfully exited two startups, further honing his business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Working closely with many engineering colleges, Ravi is committed to shaping the future workforce by aligning VLSI education with industry demands. Alongside his business leadership, Ravi is also an innovator, holding multiple U.S. patents and contributing to advancements in ASIC design, VLSI, EDA, and software development.
With over 30 years of experience, Mohan is a co-founder of two successful chip engineering startups, specializing in hardware, systems, and EDA. He has held key roles in international and domestic sales, operations, and program management. Known for his ability to build strong customer relationships globally, Mohan has a proven track record in business development, IP/product delivery, and securing large contracts across Asia-Pacific and the US. His expertise also extends to project budgeting and cost planning, where he has consistently demonstrated the ability to optimize resources and drive profitability. Mohan excels in leading teams to meet strategic goals, improving client retention, and delivering impactful results that fuel business growth.
With over 25 years in the semiconductor industry, Guru has held diverse roles across sales, procurement, program management, and engineering. Managing accounts of top semiconductor MNCs, Guru has developed deep expertise in acquiring turnkey projects, ODCs, and resource aggregation. As a passionate leader, Guru is known for driving success and is the go-to person at work. Proven in strategic planning, market analysis, and team development, Guru has secured contracts with top semiconductor companies, enhancing market share and profitability.
Guru’s experience extends to large assignment tracking and cost optimization, both of which are critical for ODC-type engagements. With a sharp focus on tracking complex assignments, Guru ensures seamless execution while maximizing resource efficiency. His expertise in cost optimization plays a pivotal role in delivering value to clients and ensuring that budgets align with organizational goals. Experienced in sourcing engineering resources, implementing vendor strategies, and managing large programs, Guru brings a 360-degree perspective to negotiations and partnerships, ensuring successful outcomes at every stage.
